I attended a class for BLS certification training, and it was one of the best training classes I have attended by far. The instructor, Jeffery Naab, was very helpful and taught the class thoroughly. He made sure that everyone left knowledgeable and with a strong understanding of BLS duties (CPR, AED, etc.). He also included an insightful lesson on prioritizing mental health, sharing meaningful stories and real life experiences that reflected how dedicated he is in his role as a fire chief and instructor. I appreciated how he went above and beyond. It was a great class with great people, and I highly recommend everyone to take it.

I took the Basic Life Saving and CPR course with Jeff, Roger, and Tammy and had a great experience. The course was very informative, but what really stood out were the instructors. They were funny, engaging, and kept the class interesting the entire time. You could tell they truly care about what they do and about making sure everyone feels confident in what they learned. Just finished taking the BLS certification class that I needed to start nursing school. The instructors made it really fun with their jokes and banter. Roger and Jeff were informative but some how managed to make a 4 hour class fly by, and it was great seeing the different opinions/options from Tammy. I didn't know what to expect going in but my expectations were far exceeded. I will definitely be back for my recertification and to take additional classes.

I attended BLS renewal for Healthcare workers on Monday, January 5, 2026.
Maryann and Laura presented the material in a clear manner and the practice skills were very engaging. The feedback with the mannequins in real time is an excellent tool to help improve CPR skills. I always leave with a greater confidence and understanding of BLS because the instructors are all fantastic .
The atmosphere is welcoming, comfortable and friendly.
This is my third renewal with WNYHE and I won’t go anywhere else. It is well worth my time and money!

BLS/CPR training today was very beneficial and of course informative with the knowledge needed to be in a position to assist in an emergency, as well as, hearing relatable, real life examples to connect to the skills. Additionally, with each renewal of certification, you truly sense how the training is current and relevant to the every day life- we all eat, are active on some level, and things can and do happen , no matter where we may be.

Just did my recert BLS/ACLS with Christian and it was great! The class was a solid review that gave me way more confidence to run a code but without the class taking forever or lingering too long in the basics. Christian was specifically great at tailoring the depth of information based off of the questions we asked and how we responded to prompts which is hard to do successfully in a class of mixed providers all with different scopes and experience. I definitely recommend doing your AHA classes through them!

Taking my ACLS class with Lena this morning was the most fun I’ve had in an ACLS class. I was very engaged the entire time. Lena also shared clinical experiences from her perspective that will reshape how I conduct certain clinical situations. If I need anymore classes I will figure out how to make sure she’s the instructor. It breaks my heart to hear about all the researched proved practices that hospitals should be doing but aren’t because of “cost” but it does help me become a better advocate for what we SHOULD be doing not just “this is what we do”

This morning’s BLS class was exceptional. As a complete newbie to CPR/AED, I was nervous that I might struggle with comprehending the material. However, Jeff and the other two instructors executed the information with clarity and doses of humor that made it easy to retain. I took the initial BLS for healthcare providers course for my Nursing program. The instructors were awesome! They really make sure that you know what you’re doing and help you correct any mistakes that you might make with constructive criticism. They really want you to learn how to do this, Which is awesome! I feel absolutely prepared to use the skills I learned here if I ever need to. I feel more than confident that I would be able to save a life if I ever needed to perform CPR. I highly recommend this course and that everyone take a CPR course if they are able to!

This was for my BLS re certification so this was not my first CPR class but it definitely was my best one. Not all CPR classes are created equal! At this facility everyone has a dummy to practice on and they are connected to Bluetooth allow for personalized feed back on how you are doing which is great! Instructors were super friendly and funny making the 3 hour class go by really quick. Highly recommend!

One of the best BLS classes I’ve taken. Jeff, Joel and Ben were great instructors. The class was engaging, informative and Jeff had a great sense of humour. The class started and finished on time. The facility was clean and offered some snacks and beverages. The dummy that was used gave you real time feedback I.E not going deep enough with compressions, going to fast, going to slow etc. the instructors were approachable and had everyone involved. The class size was just right, 15 in total. No complaints. I’ll be coming here yearly for renewal and planning on completing my ACLS and PALS with them. Awesome job, thanks guys!

This is my 5th time renewing my CPR, the second time I’ve taken it with WNYHE. I received and email my card was expiring soon, thankfully because I was unaware! Registration is very easy. A high quality class overall- I took the BLS for providers and Jeff Naab's enthusiasm and experience provided a class that was incredibly informative and well structured without being monotonous. The entire class was actively engaged in some form with the materials taught throughout the entire session (in spite of it starting at 8:30am on a Sunday) which speaks to the skill of Jeff as a presenter and instructor. The facility and trainers were great. The mannequins allowed the trainers to give live feedback, and the skills portion was efficient and effective. The training itself had a combination of anecdotes, videos and training material along with lecture that never lulled and kept the class moving. I recently took my BLS-H course at WNYHE and it was honestly the best CPR course I've done in my 25+ years as a responder and now nursing student. The lead instructor (Jeff) and the assisting instructors were all highly experienced providers and were able to give us real-life tips / techniques to make resuscitation efforts more effective. The four hours flew by...and they even gave us snacks. Top-notch equipment (everyone gets their own practice equipment to use that day) and good in-class participation opportunities. For what this facility offers, the course prices are very reasonable. I'd recommend the course to anyone, but especially seasoned emergency responders and nurses looking for a very "real" class to keep their skills sharp.

Had an amazing time! My first step preparing for nursing school. A little scary coming in with no prior experience and only being in high school, but the adrenaline was something I need to learn. Loved the hands on practice with the dummies. Also appreciated the snacks and drinks for it being close to 4 hours. The advisors were super funny and very nice. They noticed how young I was and made sure to help me along with joking around. Thank the 3 of you tons!

Jeff was a great instructor. He shows passion for BLS and is very informative. He shared first hand experiences where he used his skills. Joe and Mary were also helpful in contributing to the high quality of the class, also giving great advice and sharing their experiences as BLS providers. Overall, they all gave great tips and were very informative, the class flew by and was engaging.

I took the Heartsaver CPR and AED certification course offered by WNY Healthcare Education. The instructors were fantastic. They shared the technical education as well as real life experiences. The facility is nice and clean and well organized. They offer breaks throughout the class as well as snacks and coffee.
I highly recommend taking this class

Fantastic BLS for healthcare professionals class. Jeff was an effective and entertaining communicator. He has a compelling way of teaching and reinforcing the information. One of the very best and comprehensive BLS CPR courses I have ever taken. The instructors were clear, knowledgeable, helpful and entertaining. I am so happy I chose this BLS course. The instructors Jeff and Bill did an excellent job presenting the material while making both the skills and written test a breeze. I've been to many BLS classes over the years and these instructors really know how to keep you engaged. They not only prepare you well for the written test but also teach in such a way that you will walk out of there knowing you are equipped with the knowledge you need to perform HIGH QUALITY CPR.

I completed my ACLS and BLS together in one day which is so nice that they offer this. I enjoyed the simulations the most that challenged you to think in a hospital code scenario. I could get direct feedback for how effective were my chest compressions during CPR. I felt more prepared leaving today thanks to Lena and Christian. I highly recommend taking the course here! Also they offer lunch during the 8 hours!

Jeff and Joel were fantastic. They made the 4 hr class more interesting than any class I'd taken before. Their knowledge is obvious but the manner in which they conveyed it to the class was truly impressive.

Took my BLS recert here with Jeff, Roger, and Rick. The instructors were very knowledgeable with tons of experience. The information was laid out clearly and to the point, they put in enough relevant anecdotes to keep things interesting. The hands on portion was great. The hands on portion was great, they have the mannequins that measure depth and speed of compressions to give you feedback on your CPR quality. They even provide snacks. I enjoyed the class and would come back again for future recertifications.

Jeff and his team of co-instructors made this BLS course a pleasant experience. They were upbeat and knowledgeable. I walked out of the class feeling like I learned information that would benefit me and my patients in the future. It was a long drive very early on a Sunday morning, but it was worth it! I needed to renew my BLS and didn’t want to go through my company which has been a hassle in the past. Found this place on-line and took a chance! The class was on a Sunday morning (8:30-12:30). Roger greeted me when I first came in dressed in shirt and tie. He made me feel welcome and offered refreshments. The place was clean, organized and comfortable. Jeff, Ben and Roger were the instructors. Very thorough. Very professional and knowledgeable. Never had a cpr class so enjoyable and actually understood the content better than previous classes. The instructor, Jeff, was top-notch. Ben and Roger were awesome. The skills practice gave me feedback of how I was performing which was a great help. I left feeling well - prepared. The price was very reasonable ($60.00) and well worth it. So glad I found this place. Will definitely come back when it’s time to renew.

This was a very informative refresher for me! Jeff and Joel offered good constructive instruction and correction as needed, as opposed to other classes I've taken in the past where they don't really check your skills, they just run through things quickly to get you out the door (even if you've never taken a cpr class before!). I highly recommend taking CPR here. They even have a selection of snacks and refreshments to enjoy during the class break. They really care that you learn , but also have a good experience.

Class are very informative! Best instructors ever, especially Jeff and Joel. Roger was a bonus to the class, his personality very similar to Jeff and Joel. Make the class not boring. Love Roger technique of the mouth piece when giving breath! Class was full of humors make it very fun and I was able to stay awake and absorbed all informations given.

Building that they use is super clean, they provide snacks and drinks for a long day to take advantage of. Training itself is spot on they give you exactly what you will need to be able to use in real life. They incorporate the right amount of technology and hands on approach.
